The hotel location is quite convenient. it is near parks and government offices. the staff was generally helpful. Mr shahjahan was particularly courteous. the housekeeping kept my room very clean .

the breakfast spread was quite limited. more variety is needed in bakery items. i also wished for more mediterranean options to be available. simple requests were not always accommodated.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located!!! the people are so attentive. I seemed like royalty. manager lakshay nirula offered helpful recommendations and both ms shraddha and nitish engaged with me in a really positive way. ms arpita greeted me with garlands, such a unique and special touch!

The in-room dining service could definitely be faster. Waiting a while even for something simple like tea was inconvenient. i also felt that the tea quality wasn't what i expected, and the cookies served with it lacked flavor. those improvements would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The twin room had a fantastic city view. It included two comfortable twin beds and a spacious work area. the room also features a modern bathroom with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, made mornings so refreshing!!!

I felt grateful for the excellent service and the special attention to detail from housekeeping. breakfast was superb each morning. the spacious rooms, especially the bathrooms, had well-appointed features. the hotel's location was convenient. I will definitely return.

the wifi signal was unfortunately weak. it was a real inconvenience given the importance of staying connected. i hope there will be improvements to ensure a smoother online experience.

Chef Vineet and Ujjwal provided amazing service in the lounge! The vibe was fun and relaxing. The drinks and tasty dishes instantly. Chef Vineet even introduced himself.
